Finding designers in magazines

The FIT Library has hundreds of fashion magazines that include coverage of runway shows. However, most fashion magazines aren't indexed, so it's tough to find a specific subject in them. The goal of this assignment is for you to flip through lots of pages to get a feel for the period.

To find specific articles quickly, the Library has electronic resources that index the most well known titles such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue Italia, and WWD.
- Use the database index to find issues with designer coverage, then go browse those issues!
- Four unindexed titles with great runway coverage include:
