Covid-19 Industry Impact

Recommendations for Scientific Research

As the COVID-19 pandemic has progressed, a number of scientific organizations and publishers have collected Open Access and otherwise freely available information about the disease. This information includes not only clinical research, but information on related topics like risk management, medical technologies, forecasting, and more.

Taylor & Francis have launched a microsite devoted to COVID-19 and related information. This site offers access to articles, book chapters, and other research related to the pandemic directly and more broadly. Beyond research directly about the fight against COVID-19, it also include works about risk communication in the face of a pandemic, disease transmission, the use of technology for disease surveillance, and the role of medical technology in the treatment and prevention of COVID-19.

Cambridge University Press is offering access to research on topics related to COVID-19. In addition to clinical research, this includes information about the mental health impacts of the pandemic, risk management research on COVID-19, and disaster preparedness research.
