Adding and Reusing Pages

Adding a New Blank Page

Click the + tab.

Fill out the form

  1. Page Name
  2. Description: Appears as a tooltip when hovering over the page name.
  3. Position: Add as a top level page or add it under an existing top level page to create a subpage. Subpages appear as a drop down when you hover over the main page tab. 
  4. Draft Mode:  A great way to make edits or work on a new page for a guide without the public seeing it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reusing a Page

Click the + tab.

Click Reuse Existing Page 

Use the drop down menus

  1. Guide:  Select the guide in which the page resides
  2. Page:  Select the page you wish to reuse (appears once guide is selected) 
  3. Page Name:  Give the page any name you wish
  4. Position: Add as a top level page or add it under an existing top level page to create a subpage. Subpages appear as a drop down when you hover over the main page tab. 
  5. Draft Mode:  A great way to make edits or work on a new page for a guide without the public seeing it.
  6. Copy:  Select if you wish to make significant modifications to the original.
