A personal communication would include things like messages sent over social media platforms like instagram, tiktok, or facebook. They could also include email messages and text messages. They can also include conversations or interviews even if there is no transcript or recording. You can add a description of the person in parentheses if it helps clarify their area of expertise. Personal communication are cited in a footnote and not included in the bibliography.
