Citing Sources: APA

For an interview you conducted yourself (either face-to-face, by phone or email) you only need an in-text citation in the body of your paper:

Otherwise follow the example for whatever format the interview was published in.  For example, this is an interview with Victoria Beckham written by the journalist Laura Brown published in a magazine so we will use the print magazine format.

Brown, L. (2009, January 1).  Victoria's secrets: With a new fashion line and a houseful of boys, Victoria Beckham has mastered her balancing act. Harper's Bazaar, (3566), 120-125.

Here is an example of an interview from a podcast:
